Golf Fitness Training is essential for any golf professional and avid golfer.  Meridian Fitness provides golf specific personal training.  Our trainers have extensive training with body movement patterns through the Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 and Level 2 TPI certification.  

Meridian Fitness also features state-of-the-art K-Vest technology. This wearable vest provides biofeedback to assess and correct swing, rotation and movement. 

The Golf Fitness Training starts with a physical screening, which is sure to unlock the body’s potential for a better golf game. Once a player’s key limitations are identified, exercise correction protocol will be provided. Exercise correction is the first step to improving your game.
