Golf Fitness

Train with a TPI certified professional. You program starts with a personalized physical screen as well as a power & strength assessment. Our experienced team will guide you through your program so you can make efficient and long lasting improvements. Your program will be individualized and specific to our findings and will include a focus on mobility, flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and power to elevate your golf game to a new level.

One on One Personal Training

Individualized training designed with your specific fitness goals in mind. Our certified professionals will guide you through your workout with cues on proper form, provide education and motivation to help you reach your goals. Together we will focus on improving cardiovascular conditioning, muscular endurance, strength, and overall health.

Small Group Personal Training

Small group training offers the personalized training you would receive in a one on one setting in a group setting. Train with friends or meet new ones.

Eric has been my trainer for almost two years and because of his knowledge and expertise in physical fitness and wellness, I have been able to meet my fitness goals which I never thought I could do. If you are looking for a personal trainer who cares about getting you results, go see Eric! After training with Eric for 10 weeks, I see noticeable results in body composition. I trained for many years with the owner, Eric Cottrill, and he is the best personal trainer out there. Period. No one compares! Not only have I crushed every running goal I have set including BQ and another BQ at the Boston Marathon, but the strength and endurance I have gained is incredible. He makes workouts FUN, mixes up the routines, and will ignite muscles you did not even know you had until they are on fire the next day. I think my favorite thing though is the compassion.
